I need advice on charges
I got swarmed with 5-6 cop cars at a gas station, guns drawn they told me to get out of vehicle they pulled a empty oxycontin bottle out of my pocket a script that i had filled that day and around 12 grand cash out of other pocket. They charged me with trafficking and property obtained by crime(the money) they did a raid on the residence i just left 10=15 mins earlier and found a person in pssession of the same pills i take and close to the same amount of pills i take on her they found lots of other stuff there to not sure all but they were charged also.

How to negotiate fair payment for collections
Good Afternoon, I completely overlooked a balance from a school I transferred out of. They sent it to collections, but the collections agency is asking for more than I can literally handle each month given my income and they refused to take less. Ideally I'd like to pay the school directly, but I'm still waiting for a phone call back from them

Arrested with an automatic switchblade in nyc
I have no record and I have never been arrested, I had a automatic switchblade clipped to my pocket where a police officer saw the outside clip and so i was arrested after he inspected it and ran my ID that came back clean. I just started working at a new job and I don't want to have a record - it says this is a Class A misdemeanor...can I come out of this without a record since I was "ignorant of the law"?

NY 220.03 Brooklyn, NY Please Advise
On saturday I was hanging out on the lawn of a grateful dead concert when a cop came up to the people next to us, who were smoking, asking them to empty their pockets for a search. Then proceeded to search my friend and I believing that we were in their party. After being searched the officer recovered a marijuana pipe, a small bag of marijuana, 3 LSD tablets and 5 Oxycontin in my pocket.

Store owners and police will not help me out
i lost my wallet and i think that when i was at the store it fell out of my pocket. i am pretty sure the fellow behind me picked it up and made off with it. i asked them to see the tapes and all of the sudden the forgot how to speak english even though i go there every day and know they speak it just fine.
