Applied for card online and someone called an OLD phone/address as fraud alert
I applied for a Capital One card online last week (moving abroad and they don't have foreign transaction fees). I was approved immediately. A couple days later my parents said someone called them from Capital One saying there was a fraud alert that someone was trying to open a card in my name, and gave an 800 number to call, but my parents didn't take down the info. I haven't lived at their address in over ten years, and in fact their area code has changed in the meantime so old credit report entries wouldn't have had the right phone number anyway (not that it's that hard to look that up elsewhere). I've lived in several other places in the meantime, but of course don't know if someone tried to contact those places too. It doesn't seem like coincidence, but why would they contact a really old number like that? I gave current contact information and it matches what's on my credit reports, and they have emailed me already to say they shipped the new card, so I guess they didn't think there was fraud after all. Is this normal and should I be concerned

Do I have to give my phone number to the father of my children?
I changed my phone number and don't want to give my ex the new number, but someone claimed I have to because we have children together. He gets visitation, but his visitation rights are currently suspended for violation of terms in our divorce decree

craigslist harassment through impersonation
An individual has been copying my posts on craigslist and changing the prices and including my phone number and email address.So i get all these phone calls and emails from people who think i'm selling my stuff super cheap.Craigslist has identified the offending poster to me.I know who he is,where he works,his ip number,email address, and phone number.This has been going on for about 2 years now.I want to take legal action against him.and I would like to know how much a case like this might be worth.

Legally change a child’slast name in NC
I have custody of my son the other parent has not seen him in three years hasn't called in months, I have custody I am wanting to change is last name I have no way of getting up with his mom not a phone number or an address I read this (with the consent of the a parent who has custody of the minor and has supported the minor, without the necessity of obtaining the consent of the other parent, when the clerk of court is satisfied that the other parent has abandoned the minor) with that I would not need her permission how do I go about changing my sons name that way?
