Confession of Judgment – Surety Indemnity Agreement
I have a construction company that is bonded and my wife and I signed the surety's indemnity agreement which included language such as a confession of judgment. Basically signing every right I have away in advance of anything happening. Things happened and now the surety has a judgment in a Pennsylvania court with no formal notice to me (because I waived it in the indemnity agreement).

Need advice so I can join Air Force
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania I am 18 years old, and I went up to a college and got in trouble. I just received today citations for underage transport/consume/purchase, and a public drunkenness. I am leaving for basic training for the Air Force in December, and I can not go with a Public Drunkenness on my record.
