Playing Online Poker for real money…
I know this is technically illegal in the USA but it happens all the time- thousands if not millions of people play online poker for real money... I know people who claim to have made over a hundred thousand dollars over the course of a few years by playing online. They said they cash a check for a few thousand dollars every so often and it's never raised any red flags.

My wife found a fake Id for my 19 year old daughter. We live in Missouri; daughter goes to school in Kansas; the fake Id was a Indiana drivers license showing she was 21

Disputing a Notice of Intent to Vacate
Hello, I have a situation in which I need some help/advice. I am currently renting an apartment with my wife and son. Our contract expires on July 28th, but we had decided to move earlier (b/c work problems), we talked to the manager and he agreed to pardon part of the penalty and we decided to move on March 31 st.

IRS Imposing Unjust Penalty – How to Fight?
The IRS is imposing a penalty on us that seems to be unfair and against their own rules. The penalty is IRC Section 6662(a) and states that a 20% penalty is to be applied on the increased tax. The issue stems from an inherited retirement account which was not reported as we thought it had already been reported and paid by the estate.
