Phone Wires cut
We had our phone system installed into our new offices and unfortunately the payment didn't clear the bank. The question is: Can the installer come to my office and cut the wires on my phone system that I own? He did not cut the wires he installed, he cut the wires on my phone system itself.

I was recently listening to FOX news and heard Judge Napalitano state something to the effect of that we can make payments even on the 30th day and not be delinquent.. ( from a credit bureau standpoint) Question. What does 30 days late mean or past due 30 days..

Concern about score change
Hello friends I have a concern about a collection account from AT&T dated back from 2007 that I paid today 4/27/11. First this account was reported to all 3 bureaus but I disputed it and it was removed from Equifax and transunion but not Experian.
