Which is better to pay off car loans, credit card or put money toward mortgage.?
My husband and I have two car loans one at 4,800 at 4.9% the other at 14,400 at 6.15% and a credit card at 10,700 at 7.9% but we also have a mortgage. What I’m planning on doing is having my husband sign up for another credit card because the current offer is no interest till 2008 (including balance transfers, there is a fee but the max fee is about how much we pay for the finance charge in one month. What I don’t know is if I should put our tax refund toward bringing down the lower car loan so the 230 we put toward that every month can go to something else sooner or if I should put some toward the car and some toward the mortgage each month. We don’t know if it’s better to pay the min on the mortgage and put more toward the other loans or put a little toward the mortgage and one of the other loans. And yes while doing all this I do put a little towards savings each paycheck. Forgive me for rambling but I wanted to be as detailed as possible. Thanks!
I’m not cancelling the current card the one I would be transferring to has an apr of 9.9%. So I would transfer what’s left after the 15 months back to the old card.

I am looking to purchase a home…?
Here is my situation…please give advice in what I should be doing with my current income:
I live at home, only paying $ 50 a month for cell phone/cable to my parents.
I current have a take home biweekly paycheck of about $ 1200-1350 (depending on OT)
This gives me a monthly income of ((1200*26)/12) = $ 2600 (appx)
My monthly expenses include:
Gov’t Student Loan – 146 (6.10% interest, 10 years left)
Private Student Loan – 75 (3.10% interest, 20 years left)
Personal Loan – 195 (10.74%, 4 years left)
Car Insurance – 70
Cell/Cable – 50
Gasoline – 125
NY First Home Savings Plan – 188 (this is a program where you save for 10 months, and they provide a grant of $ 7500 that is yours to use for down payment, closing costs, etc.)
So what I am wondering is….assuming I have about $ 1750/month for down payment savings, debt pay-down, and of course regular spending, how should I allocate my funds? What is the best way to maximize the size of both my down payment and my mortgage, while continuing to build upon my 745 FICO score? If you need any other clarification, please just post. I will be more than happy to add further details. Thank you.

Property Manager changes address without proper notice
I've been a resident of a duplex apartment for what will be three years @the end of March 2011. Around February 2009 the property manager, without notice, changed the street address on the property to a totally out of sync number and withing 3 days requested that I sign a new lease with this new address. Well @that time I was in no position to move because of my student status and working part-time.

adivce on where to go from here
I left a job on 9/16 and have yet to receive a final paycheck. Why did I leave? other than being bullied and singled out, the last day I was there my ex-boss and the rest of the staff (myself included) had a conversation-to me he said "we will be dressing better around here soon-where I replied I think it is a great idea-(was my idea 2 years prior to go business casual even though we had no true foot traffic in our building)-he said yea and I am going to take you to get a makeover -then he brushed his fingers thru his temple-I replied I earned all my gray hairs-I have battled gray hair for 20 years and I am tired of battling the box and so I decided to see where the gray takes me-he replied well it looks unprofessional-I told him "I will wear makeup-wear my hair down and styled-even dress business casual but my hair color is my choice"-he replied well it is unprofessional.
