Debt that is taken out of my check
I had the debt ( medical ) paid down to 350.00 now I get my pay check and it has gone up to 555.00. Can they do this
Not receiving my paycheck
I work at DUnkin Donuts and this week my owner is refusing to give me my pay check what can i do about it? i live in Nj i been working here for 3 years

I recently resigned from my job as a teacher. I work 9 months out of the year, but have my paychecks stretched over a 12 month time. I was a contracted employee.

withholding pay check after resignation
I resigned my position a week ago. My former employer is holding my pay check for an additional week. I'm due to recieve my pay check this week, but I'm told it will be next week before i receive it
