California Domestic Partnership – Name Change Law CA AB 102
My question pertains to the rights given to a couple who has registered for a Certificate of Domestic Partnership in California, as they pertain to CA AB 102. To my understanding, AB 102 allows for one or both partners to legally change their names (within the limitations stated)

trying to get the legal full costudy
My ex wife and I executed and had notarized an adjusted parenting plan agreement and we have been acting in compliance with it for approximately 7 years. We never filed it (I have been moving due to my job in the US military) but have not wavered from the terms. Currently I have joint custody and she will not agree to a passport for our child.

Travel Question
Hello .. when a US citizen returns from abroad and when the immigrations officer swipes your passport, what information is given? I ask because I was under federal investigation recently but no crime was committed by me and I know they can take computers and cameras without a warrant, but I would like not to lose my honeymoon pictures
