Recently, after reviewing checking account transactions online, I noticed that my partners, a married couple, have charged over $8,000 on the company debit card for personal use to include hotel bookings, airflights to vacation destinations, meals exceeding $100, fuel charges, vehicle repair, the list goes on

LLC – Partnership issues…
I am one of the 4 partners of a LLC who joined last. The company was dead and I put in my sweat equity to revive what was left out and so did not have much in terms of investments except for my software development contribution

Hello, Can Form Interrogatories and Admissions be directed to "PMK" of a partnership. If you a suing the partnership how can you get information from the partners as they are not directly listed as a party to the action? Thank You Michael

Admission and Interrogatories to Witness
I am in the middle of sending out admission requests and interrogatories. Can these be sent only to parties of the action named on the lawsuit or can they be sent to persons you plan to call to a deposition as a witness. In other words, employees of a partnership I am suing and the partners themselves by name

Depositions

inherited partner’s share in family farm
My mother passed away Dec 30, 2008. At the time of her death my brother and I inherited her share in her family farm. There were originally 7 siblings with one passing away and his share sold and purchased by one of my uncles.
