Here's the situation: Husband was convicted of sex crimes against teenage step daughter and got 10yrs because of numerous perjury charges, etc... (the story is too complicated to post, it can be said he dug a very deep hole for himself).

Indecency With a Child by Contact
My son pled quilty to the charge of "Indecency With a Child by Contact". On the JUDGEMENT OF CONVICTION BY COURT it lists the statue as 21.1(a)(1) and the degree of offense as a 2nd degree felony. His plea bargain resulted in a sentence of 7 years.

felony DUI while on parole
My husband is on currently on parole. He has been in good standing with his parole for about 11 months but i just found :mad: out that he was arrested for a dui which involved an accident(no one was injured)

5th degree theft, Expunge Problem
I had a 5th degree theft on June 12th of last year. I was told once I take my first offenders class and pay all my fee's it would be expunged from my record. I took the class and paid all the fee's in December of last year, so it should have been expunged sometime around 1/1/10.
