Employer saying I resigned because I would not sign contract
Employer said that I resigned because I refused to sign a contract that they would not provide to me for review by my attorney. Also, the job that the contract was for was never posted because the retiring agent never submitted thier retirement papers. One of the mangers who is not my boss was the one that stated we will start the termination proceedings.

Seeing auto adjuster tomorrow any advice?
As stated, had a 5mph fender bender in parking lot. Senior citizen 73 yrs old says that I made a wide right turn in parking lot - not really. I was making a turn in the parking spot that she wanted too! Her passenger lower door and my Side Drivers Side Bumper cover was scraped.

Need some advice – had a fender bender and need some guidance please
I was traveling south in shopping center parking lot, at the end of the row there was an end spot on the right that I was slowly turning into, an elderly woman 74 yrs old was traveling west in the adjoining aisle, she made a right and she turned into me while I was parking, probably aiming for the same spot- damage to my car is scuffs on my drivers side bumper cover and the fender has tiny scrape no big deal - headlight is not broken or scratched but appears that the hit loosened it inside. She jumped out of car in her fur coat and starting yelling at me and said she was calling the police. I called my husband who works 2 minutes away and works for our local township.

In the State of New York, is it legal for an employer to use a wheel clamp (i.e. Denver boot) on your vehicle if you go the wrong way in their parking lot or park in an area designated for another shift?
