Bound by an internet divorce agreement. Help, she’s taking my children.
At a moment of weakness, my future ex-wife after having an affair with our pastor convinced me to sign an internet divorce agreement and parenting plan which awarded her sole custody and child support. During the divorce hearing, Feb. 15, 2011, the Judge and the lawyers argued for four hours about the legitimacy of the internet agreement.

How to notify non-custodial parent of vacation.
My husband and I are wondering how to correctly notify the non-custodial parent that we will be taking our 2 week summer vacation (as per the parenting plan allows) with the children. The last time we only verbally let them know (it took away one weekend of their residential time) and later it was stated that they never knew we were taking vacation time

Ex-Wife Filed Motion to Modify Parenting Time
Hello All. My ex and I have 2 daughters 5 & 6. She has full Physical custody all year, Legal during school year, and I have Full Legal in Summer (weird I know).
Who is responsible for the health insurance?
When our parenting agreement was established I had sole custody of our daughter. In our agreement it states: "Father shall maintain his present policy of health insurance, which is provided to Father through his employer, for the benefit of the child of the parties for so long as he has or could have an obligation for the support or educational support of the child" It also state that if he is unable to cover her under his insurance that I will have to provide coverage for her and "Father provide mother full reimbursement for the costs of any such policy" About 3 years ago things happened and we thought it would be best for our daughter to move in with her father. I am paying child support for her now.
