Question about credit reports & duration of items
I really screwed myself over a few years ago and didn't pay my student loans. They ended up closing the accounts as a charge off and then re-doing the loans, which I have always paid on time since. I called Equifax because I was curious what dates exactly, they use to determine when an item falls off your credit.

Security deposit returned with no interest
I recently moved out and received the security deposit back, however without any interest, and I have rented the apartment for 4 years. When asked about not paying back the interest - landlord replied that supposedly I was late with rent payment many times, hence I should be happy I got my deposit back, because I was not even entitled to receive the whole amount of deposit due to supposed late fees

Forcing Tenant to leave

Can anyone help explain a 9 pt drop on EQ fico?
I checked my EQ report today after paying down a credit card balance of $372. which left an account balance by statement post date of $31.00. I expected my score to increase a point or so and instead to my suprise my score dropped from 673 about 2 weeks ago.

Old auto loan on EQ but not on TU
I have an old auto loan on my EQ report but it is not showing up on my TU report. The loan was opened in 1999 and paid on time and in full in about 2 and a half years. The problem is, I don't have any auto loans on my TU report and the lender I'm going to be using TU purchase a new car with uses TU
