How do I make an auto insurance claim for scratches through auto owners?
I bought a used car a few months ago with a finish almost perfect. In recent months has been scratched several times by my nephew on his bike. We talked and now I have to file a complaint with my insurance. The marks are everywhere, behind the trunk, rear quarter panel on the right, hood, left rear quarter arrière.Le problem is before I knew I could ask for compensation, I used a touch-up kit to cover scratches and gouges are therefore difficult to see. But I could still take pictures of them as they are now and probably get a letter from the seller, proclaiming the condition that I was told what else do I file a complaint with the owners of Auto? Fundraising company breaking multiple laws…reward?

Recording conversation enforcable?
If someone is not doing as they were supposed to, according to a contract can i record them,"to document", if im holding the recorder in plain view. Do i need to inform them? Do i have to ask permission?

remodel bill
i did work on a house with no written contract, we live in the house, it is a family house, now they want to sell the house and were not done paying the bills for the remodel, can i put the rest of the bill for the remodel on the owners?
