Hello, The judge told me at the last hearing when I need to supply my opponent's attorney with my evidence . I'm not exactly clear about what I need to give this attorney.

Can I tell my old attorney he is an idiot?
Can I email my old attorney and copy a couple of hundred attorneys in the email, and tell him he is an idiot? Can he sue me for that
