My 16 yr old son was riding around with 3 other boys and they pulled up to a convinient store to use restroom and get a coke and a cop pulled up to store and start telling them they had been seen out on dirt roads drinking. My son was written an MIC ticket when he told the officers he had not been drinking

Felony Robbery!
hi, my friend got charged with felony robbery. he was at a sporting goods store and tried to walk out with a stolen pair of shoes he was wearing on his feet. at the exit he was approached by a police officer in plain clothes who asked my friend to take a step back by the register, instead my friend tried to flee like a dumbass

I ask this because I overheard the officers talking about how they start shaking if they dont drink 4 hours into their shift.

Assault or assault and battery
I made a post a week ago in regards to being charged with disorderly conduct in my own home. I finally received the notice to appear and I'm being charged with Assault or Assault & Battery. I checked with my wife and she said that I never threatened her nor did I touch her.

can they do this
Im having back surgery and will be in the hospital for several days. My boyfriend who is a parolee has gotten together with my mother and was at my home painting and cleaning up my home for me to come home from having major back surgery. Police come knocking at door stating they are there on a disturbance call this is not likely since I have no neighbors to complain and as I stated he was painting not throwing a party

Need help
I slipped and fell due a wet floor while I was incarcerated and was rushed to a hospital were they did an M.R.I and found that I had two bulghing disks in my back.I could hardly walk for the rest of my term which was about 4 months.The neuro Doctor seen me once by way of tele screen and said he wanted to see me in his office in 2weeks and persribed injections for the pain and a back brace.I finally got the brace 3 weeks later but never seen him or ever received the shots for the pain .I was also miss treated by the ambulance EMT who tried to jerk me up onto the stretcher.The two police officers who wittnessed him said they couldn;t beleive what he did and told me they would testify to the way he yanked me around as I screamed in pain.Its still very hard for me to walk.I have all the medical documents and the names of the officers and the ambulance EMT or parimedic.I was totally ignored medical attention and I think it was because I was being released soon so they stalled on everything .And know Im out but the problem with my back is not getting any better.
