WA state audiotaping in the workplace….legal?
Hello, I worked for a small company where at 2AM on Feb 19th, I was involved in a 'profesional disagreement' with another employee.

I have been suspended for a Drug and Alcohol Violation stemming from a reasonable suspicion accusation. (1)The company drug and Alcohol Policy states no alcohol consumption while ON DUTY.
