How to Stop Creditors Calling Wrong Phone#
I've been dealing with listening to voicemails from Capital One Auto Finance for probably almost a year. I finally started answering the phone and repeatedly tell each one of them the same thing. They have the wrong number! They all tell me the same thing by apologizing and verifying that in deed it's a wrong number, then continue to call my number. I have enough problems with my own creditors. LOL Is there any way to stop these nuisance calls?

Received my SSN last year but been used before..help..
I received my SSN last october and last week, i applied for a capital one credit card that was denied. I assumed i was rejected due to no history but when they sent me the letter why i was rejected, they listed: revolving accounts balance is too high few accounts are rated satisfactory too many delinquent past credit obligations so i used the freeannualcredit report to see my report, but the questions to verify who i was weren't me and i couldn't get verified. There were accounts opened years ago on this number. Now i'm assuming my ssn was used before by someone else in the past fradulently, and i have no idea what to do, should i call the 3 bureaus and convince them it's not me

I was wondering if the information is legal that is posted on spokeo.com. I just heard about the website and found my information up there and it had pictures on there that I had uploaded through my email provider to save them and i never marked them as public so I thought that maybe only I should be able to view them and not people who pay some money to see my family pictures

Robbed by an escort – what can I be charged with?

ok i texted someone and they called the cops
they called the cops and made a report then the cop called me and left a message and told me this " will the owner of this phone please call this number " what if i dont call the number ? the cops don't know my name or anything like that cause it is a prepaid phone

Recent inquiries when applying for credit
I applied for credit at a car dealership on May 22/2010 (when I replaced my 10 years old car, with a 3 years old car). The Dealership's Financial Center blasted my request for credit and finally found one bank- BK Chapter 7, 2 years + ago. My Credit Score shows 8 inquiries in the same day, and TU seems to have counted them individually
