Service of divorce papers; process server lied
Hello, I have a DVI RO against my husband. He recently attempted to have me served divorce papers; however, the Process Server lied and said they met me in “individual” person and served me.

Wrong dates on Response to Divorce Petition
I filled out the p/work for a divorce on grounds of abandonment on January 28 and it was filed in the Circuit Clerk’s Office on the 29th of January. Since I did not know where my wife was/had no address for her it came out in the February 23, 2010 edition of our local newspaper.

Elements for a Commercial Lease
Elements of a commercial lease agreement; Must there be acceptance from the landlord for an extension of an existing commercial lease to be valid? Tenant stated in an email that they desired to extend lease, however there is not evidence that landlord gave written approval. Does this make the lease voidable

How do I respond to a motion to set aside a default divorce decree
About 10 months ago I got a divorce by default decree , now the woman who was ok with that and never contested it says she was never told about it(It had to be published since she was overseas and would not contact me or give me her address) I need to know how I can respond (what specific form or response letter) to the Judge in this matter so I can address my attempts in detail. I also know that the motion was prepared by a paralegal that notarized the signature of my ex wife.
