NYS Workers Comp & Alimony
I’m 63 receiving SS Disability & NYS Workers Comp; together they equal about $2,400 per month (about $29,400 per year). My alimony is $1,000 per month based on earning $55,000 per year (laid-off when company downsized).

Is my lump sum payout from separation agreement tax deductible?
I am preparing my taxes, and was wondering if I can deduct the $6,000 below. I know it's not taxable income for Ex-wife, but was wondering if I can deduct it on my taxes. Article II PROPERTY DIVISION G.
