estate closing and release agreement issue
Executor will not send bonds owed to me from an estate (everyone else in family got theirs 2 years ago). She wants me to sign a release estate agreement (which all benefactors received) now before sending the bonds.

Previous employer attempting to revoke Unemployment Benefits
Good evening! This is kind of a yarn, so bear with me. I've never posted here before, or even thought about looking for legal help online, but I'm really at a loss and am not quite sure where else to go

New Credit Card, same utilization percentage?
Hi Kids, I signed up for a Capital One card, with $1000 credit limit. When it reported, I had $70 on it, and still had the same 65%(yes, i'm paying that down as soon as I can!) Is this normal? Thanks! JR

Mortgage account on report not current… what to do?
I just ran "hubby's" credit report. His prior rental home went through foreclosure -- notice in July 2009, sherrif's sale in September 2009 and listed as owned by Countrywide in November 2009 (after fighting with them for 2 years to actually start the foreclosure process -- grr). Anyway, the credit report still lists the mortgage as past due with nothing in the report referring to the foreclosure. Is this normal? Is there an issue we need to attend to in order to get his credit reported correctly? We're trying to get our ducks in a row so as soon as the foreclosure timeperiod is over I can get him on the mortgage for the property we're looking at owning (his score is a 612).

Question about inquiries?
I was just curious if inquiries drop off earlier than 2 years? For instance: I use the CreditCheck Monitoring (3in1) from usaa and looked over my report pulled from 02/10/2010. I had 6 inquiries that were just over a year old and 4 that were about 6 months old. When I pulled my report today, it only shows that I have 1 inquiry on my report. Is this normal?

Collection Agency Inquires
Does a YC inquiry impact your score? If so, is there a weight difference between a YC inquiry and other industry inquiries? Does a YC inquiry fall into 2 categories - the normal inquiry impact and the impact because a collection department/company is accessing?

Very Basic HIPAA question
Just want to make sure that I am understanding the HIPAA correctly...if you have already had the bill go to collections, and you paid the bill through the CA, then this process will not work, correct? And if this is the case, once it is a paid collection on your report, then there is really nothing you can do other than the normal dispute methods?
