Improper use of my user name by another
On 9/4/10 someone posted comments in the newspaper using my user name. Can I file a FOIL request.

Newspaper used full names after death w/out permission…
My husband tragically drowned one week ago and the newspaper, this morning, listed my full name and his full name and described what happened. They listed my name because I witnessed the accident (it was a boating accident and a drowning) and I called 911

Stage Name: Addressing PO Box Mail To A Pseudonym
I recently changed a PO Box I've had for over 15 years, to another one at another post office. While the account is in my name, I also use a pen name for some online publishing and correspondence (as well as have a credit card in that name, as a "secondary authorized user").
