How do I make an auto insurance claim for scratches through auto owners?
I bought a used car a few months ago with a finish almost perfect. In recent months has been scratched several times by my nephew on his bike. We talked and now I have to file a complaint with my insurance. The marks are everywhere, behind the trunk, rear quarter panel on the right, hood, left rear quarter arrière.Le problem is before I knew I could ask for compensation, I used a touch-up kit to cover scratches and gouges are therefore difficult to see. But I could still take pictures of them as they are now and probably get a letter from the seller, proclaiming the condition that I was told what else do I file a complaint with the owners of Auto? I have twin great-nephews(IA) that have been in foster care since they were 7 weeks old, the day they were placed into foster care I made phone calls to have them placed with me(NY), because they were going for reunification DHS/judge could not place them with us. I then proceeded to find how I can get them to NY, the casework started ICPC paperwork which she started 2 months after I first spoke with her, after many, many phone calls and emails between IA and NY finally I had a home study and all paperwork was done and sent back to IA.

Manager grabbed me by shirt and flung me

Grandparent/Family Custody Rights?
My sister is in a tough situation - she has been involved in an abusive relationship with the father of her child. Recently, they split up (due to him dragging the child down a flight of stairs by his hair) and she was awarded full custody while he gets overnight visits for two nights a week and has to pay her child support.

getting custody of my nephew
i am trying to petition the family court for custody of my nephew. my sister has 4 children total and has lost them due to drug use and violating an order of protection cps jsut informed family members to petition since she isnt doing what she was told to do to ge them back. only problem is that his bio father will be fighting for him too but he isnt any better than her he has been in and out of jail and also uses drugs(have no way to prove that but know its true)
