approved I-130 but deport. hearing pending July
Hello and thank you.My wife and I were approved very quickly actually at interview and then 3 days later recieved the I-797 approved notice.We have a 2nd deport hearing that the judge stated just to bring in the approved I-130 and he would terminate ,Do we need to file a motion to term or do as Judge stated?

On FMLA leave,can "on call"time and # of cases performed be required to be "made up"?

Short Credit History
One of the negative indicators listed on my credit reports is that I have a short credit history. 12 years, 9 months. I'm 31 y/o. Couldn't really have a longer credit history at this point in my life. lol. Just tought it was a little funny that as long as I've been allowed to have credit, I have had credit. Oh the joy if the credit game!

"Account closed by creditor" — good or bad?
I have a credit card account that was closed seven and a half years ago. I'd forgotten to pay the bill and the bank closed the account. Six months ago (ie after seven years) the negative went off my credit report (Yay!). So the status is now "Pays as agreed" with no blemishes, but the remarks say: "Account closed by credit grantor". I've found that what's in the comments does matter, so I'm worried this will impact my score. The guy at TransUnion said that negatives go away after seven years but good accounts stay for ten but not to worry since this was a good account. I think it's never good when the creditor closes the account

Credit Account Age
I have an average account age of 3.5 years on my credit report, and when I pull my monthly credit report through myFICO for Equifax and Transunion, one of the negative influences is too young of an account age. At what point does this turn into a strength and actually help with credit score? I have always heard 2 or 3 years, but I am past that point. Thank you.

Closed or transferred accounts
I was informed by a My Fico customer service rep that closed or transferred accounts ...whether negative or not ...will have a negative impact on your credit score.

The same account shows both closed and open: Removing negative info
I wonder if there is a way to remove negative legit information (2 late payments in a row: , ) from an account that shows both open and closed? Due to some weird transfers between creditors my school loan was closed/transferred and reopened under a different name.

late payment on credit report … how to get rid of it ?
hi i have a question about two years ago my wife signed up for victoria secret crecit card and after using it for like one year she had to go out of country for couple of months, meanwhile there was nothing due on her card and she thought she's safe with it but unfortunately they started some kind a protection plan on her card with out asking her (or may be they tricked her while signing up) and it was for $10 or something per month, when she came back she was 60 days late on her card, she called them up and closed the card but the demage was done.
