major credit karma error
So this morning I updated my report on credit karma just for the sake of checking to see the effect of a new card I just opened. So the update showed a significant BOOST in my score because it reported the average age of accounts as 11 years! I have 4 tradelines...

EQ dropped my Cap One AU tradeline…why?

Having Trouble With Coupone Codes
Dear Forum Members, I have always had luck Google searching coupon and promo codes for MyFICO, but none of them seem to be working this morning (4/2). I am trying to get my latest TU and EQ scores, but I will not pay the full boat (yes, I am cheap). I have tried all the usual ones and some new ones, but they all seem to be expired. If someone can please PM me with a valid code that they just used, that would be much appreciated. Thank you,

Hard Pull FICO MUCH lower than Soft Pull FICO
Hi, I pulled my 3 agent credit report this morning. My Scores were all in the mid to high 600's. I immediately went down to the bank to apply for a car loan. Somehow the bank got a 565 from Experian, despite the fact that the report I had in hand showed 660! The bank loan agent explained that my inquiry in the morning was a Soft Pull and that the bank's inquiry was a Hard Pull and that these can sometimes be very different. I said "Then are all those internet credit reports worthless (if they don't provide me the same number that the bank is getting?) She said, Yeah, they are worthless, except as a tool for mentioning credit fraud. Can anyone explain why my Hard and Soft pulls are so different?

Wrong Name on Credit Report
I noticed this morning that EQ has a new "Also Known As" name listed wrong. If I file an online dispute to get this discrepancy fixed will this in anyway impact my score? I think the discrepancy is from a Student Loan account I paid off last month posting

trees on property lines
I have a tree close to property line, with branches that extend to neighbor yard, at last snow storm (couple of days ago) apparently some of the overhanging branches broke off and fell in my neighbor property due to weight of snow. This morning I found him trowing them back at my yard saying to me "I am returning your branches back to you" Is it legal to throw tree branches (branches from tree on my property) that fell in his property back in my back yard
