Cockroaches can we brake our lease and move
Hi, We have been living in our apartment for 2 months now and the lady below us had a cockroach infestation so I started looking through my cabnits and found evidence that our apartment used to also because there are a couple dead ones stuck on the back wall along with alot of the roach crap that's in the corners and everything. Does this give us grounds to brake our lease and move ASAP?

I am on probation for theft and I got drug tested and I think I failed..
I've been on probation for theft for 6 months now and I still have a year and 6 months left, My probation officer drug tested me and I think that I have failed. I have 2 thefts on my underage record, and an underage drinking and theft on my adult record. I am 20 years old.
