am i still married?
in dec 2010 my husband wqas presumed to have been killed in an atuo accident. 9 months later i married another man( i have the death certificate for my husband). jsut recently, i got the surprise of my life when i discovered that my first husband was still alive( turns out he had been mistakenly deported to cuba his home country) my question is am i still legally married to my first husband

subletter to my room in house never signed paperwork and left before end of lease
I signed a lease( 1 of 6 people) for a house with a 12 month lease. Shortly after my situation changed and I no longer intended to live in the house. I decided to sublet to a mutual friend of the the other roommates

I am on county probation in Desoto county and on my sentencing papers it indicates that I am eligable for early term. 1 month after starting probation i didnt check in on time and violated.

Hello, my name is sergio about 3 months ago i got pulled over while diving my motorcycle at the time i had my friend ridding with me so i didnt see the cop when he stop me further down the rode another cop that was facing me saw the one behind me that i didnt see and turned on its lights took a u turn and stop me. but on that one since it was in front of me i did see it so i immediately stop.

grand theft 3rd
have been charged with grand theft 3rd degree,i was told i could change it from criminal court to civil court...and just make a pay off to the owner of the vehicle....it was a junk truck left in my yard for 4 years and i finally got rid of it..a few months later i was arrested for grand theft.....how can i keep from getting charged with a felony??
