Fired after mental breakdown
Approx. 6 months ago my son had a breakdown at work spend 2 weeks in a mental hospital

Adoption Lawyer needed!
I gave my son up for adoption voluntarily about six months ago and in that time I have realized that it was and will be the biggest mistake of my life! I need to know what needs to be done to get him back?! :confused:

one credit card or two ?
I recently applied for a credit card about 2 months ago and i was approved for a $300 credit limit.Then I checked my credit score to find out that i have a 652 . I have a hospital bill that I'm going to pay off which $270,other than that no loans, and no debt, so my question is should i apply for a second credit card to build credit score faster or remain with one

Getting rid of tenant belongings
My ex tenant left the apt. 9 months ago, she no longer lives here or gets mail here, but she left her stuff here, am I obligated to keep here stuff here or can I throw it out

How long does it take to get resolved?
I have had this company who filed a suit against me for about $3,000 10 months ago and I have been to court over and over for it and all that ever happens is it gets moved to next month.

CHecked experian CR, found stuff thats not even mine!
today I decided to freeze my credit reports, on experian I found a load of stuff thats not even mine, one of the accounts said it was opened in 1977 (I was 6!) I'm freaking out because I really cleaned the heck out of my reports, now Ive got all these collections on it that don't even belong to me and I've never seen before. The oldest is that one from 1977, there's one from 2 months ago from T mobile and the other my partner pays for on his account phone account. Man o man...

How soon can Best Buy fall off the reporting?
I have two flaws on my FICO score report for Trans Union. The age of my credit ( only 5 years) and an over 30 day late pay from Best Buy. I know that the further we move along with time the less impact it has on my FICO score

Updated my TU Report and score..
And it gave me a Vantage score?? I used to subscribe to one of TU's monthly service things (about 8 months ago). I cancelled and have run a report or two here and there
