Can someone answer these questions?
When I turned 18 I was added as a card user to my moms sears account and she hit hard times and stopped paying it. When will this be taken off of my report and should it be on there to begin with? Details below Status as of Date opened Jun, 1990 Date of last activity Apr, 2007 Date closed Sep,2007 Can I request this be removed from my report or will I just have to wait it out

The first time I have actually not made the minimum payment!
I paid off my balance on my credit card today! :) $198.13 I paid off my balance @ a jewler where I bought my moms gift (Crown Diamonds... they give everyone credit) $153.87 I am so excited :)

help,need advice asap
my son was driving his moms car along with 4 other guys n was stopped by police.they were searched for drugs n my son n 2 of the other guys had drugs on them.the drugs on my son was not his,the guy sitting behind him slipped the drugs in his coat,well, he was taken to station,but was never finger printed, read his rites,not processed at all, they impounded his moms car.before he left, the arresting officer told him at questioning, 'im really gonna enjoy owning your moms car'.my son said ,'what do u mean by that?'p.officer said,'i'll own that car if u dont set somebody up on a buy,n i will let you go,no charges or anything.' they want him to buy drugs from somone,with there money,n take drugs to p.officer n they wont press charges for something that he didnt do.what kind of cops are they?to me ,they are croocked cops.so what im asking is, "what should he do?"

Death is never easy
My Mother died,in Ga.She had her sister as ex.of her esate,but after she went to the bank and got the 50 thousand my Mom had in there to pay her bills after she died,and her funeral expensies,she decided she did not want to be Ex. anymore,so i payed a lawyer 600.00 dollars and got all of it in my name,not thinking of anything but my moms death,and wishes,i am on SSI,have been since 1990,When Mom died i informed SSI,that i had to take over my Moms estate.No Problem.But Mom had a retirement program,now my brother and i both get $250.a month each till next year.I also told SSI about this at the time i got it.No problem.Now is the problem.Now SSI said i need to repay them becuase they paid me to much with me getting that check.They have dropped my SSI to 406 a month.Which i would not mind but i have breast cancer,and have went through chenmo,where i had to pay for some of my meds.Emid pills.Medicade would pay for them once a month,but i had chemo twice a month.The emid pills are $500.00.I am also in a wheelchair most of the time,i can walk some,but not long due to 2 back surgerys.I love my mother,and i know what she wanted.But due to other things with family member you know how it is when someone dies,you have a flock of people wanting money.I dont have any.And Now SSI says i owe them 39990.00I have been honest with them and told them everything.So what do i do.I cant make it on 406 a month.I had to take out loans to pay for my Mother to be cremated,that she did not want.But i had no other way of doing things.Everyone got what they wanted except Moma and me.Is there any help?

Should Moms insurance cover this
My mother died in 2007.May 30th.She kept the same home insurance with this company for years.So after she died,and i took over the estate legally,i kept the same insurance and company.When she died in May some things went missing from her home.I made police reports,and the Coroner took some things also.Have a police report for that alos.I went to my Moms Insurance company and told them what had happened,and that i would be taken over the payment of insurance,there was never a lasp in the policy.Due to the Coroner taking things i took her to court.Moms insurance Company knew all this.My lawyer i have against the Coroner told me that my Mother insurance should have coverd the missing items,and me going to court.At the time and still till this day i am still hurtting from my Moms death.Just to many unanwered questions.But what i would like to know,is her insurance company responseable for paying this out.I am disabled,and have had to pay all the bills left behind from her death.But i was told that her insurance should have covered this.Were they right?

i live in a 2 bedroom place its me my 5 month old daughter and my girlfriand in one room then in the other room it my friend and her 2 daughter. he dad lives at my moms house its a 3 bedroom and he sleeps in the liveroom. he is trying to tell me that he can take her away from me he dose not have a jod and i do so i can pay for her and he cant what do i do

custody and mental health
I'm curious again....My first question is if a father has poor mental history and has custody would it be possible for them to look at his medical records if moms trying to gain custody? Also if they can how mentaly ill does one have to be to be considered unfit or likely to not keep or gain custody? Say for example bipolar disorder, explosive anger disorder (or something like that) if the father was properly medicated and hasn't had problems with them would these be likely disorders to deam him as unfit

Buying My Moms property from medicare
I have problem concerning My Mom home in Ohio, she is now on medicaid (and is in a rest home) and according to the Law neither she or I can keep it. Due to the fact the way she had the deed to the home places set up.
