Not "A Child In Need of Services"
I have a couple questions but this is the base: "A Child in Need of Services" is considered a person under 18, truant, is a habitual runaway, in doing so presents a clear and substantial danger to the child's life or health, the child or family is in need of treatment or rehabilitation services not being recieved, and the intervention of court is necessary to provide that treatment or rehabilitation. My friend is seventeen, she was pulled out of high school by her parents and forced to be homeschooled, and then clep out of a few classes and then take numerous college classes. she is now a few credits away from earning her associates degree.

what is the "right" thing to do?
I am in the military and I believe i am victim of injustice. About a month ago my commander turned in E-mails containing me and his mother-in-law talking about his wife and me and how he is a terrorist in his own home, how he terrorizes his daughters, wife and niece. Also it contained information on how she and I wish to be together....yes that’s right! so as you should assume my commander turned an e-mail in to his commander saying that her and I are cheating behind his back and he just found out they called me in and i told them the truth being that HE offered his wife to me and once i got her approval and my wife’s we made good on what is to be assumed, once that happened he asked me if he could have fun too so my wife was all for it so it continued.

What is the "Active Duty Military" dispute option?
I logged onto TU today to do an online dispute for an account that hasn't updated the balance since Sept 2010. I saw "I am Active Duty Military" on the list of possible reasons why it was wrong as an option to check. What does this dispute reason mean? I ask becuase my husband is currently deployed overseas and I'm wondering if this is something he should've done or can still do? Does anyone on the forums know what this means or it's purpose is? TIA

NavyFed Eligibility Question
My husband is in the military (currently overseas). He does not have an account with NavyFed but is eligible. As his spouse, does anyone know if I'm eligible to join without him? I went to their website and looked at their eligibilty section and it said family members of current members or those eligible for membership could apply for membership. I started the online app process and was stopped at the second question, enter your Access number. I clicked on the find my access number link and entered the requested info and it said insufficient info was provided. It asked for ssn, dob, and last name (I entered hubbys info). I've been hearing great things about NavyFed and was looking to set up a savings acct with them, and later on take advantage of the great benefits they offer (loans, cc's). Does hubby have to first become a member before I'm eligible? TIA for any assistance!

Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Repeal
Hey guys, I know that this was done a while ago, but I only recently stumbled on this site and thought I would get a more professional take on this than what I get from my normal message boards. (I also know that this was taken care of by congress, but this is more of a philosophical [maybe jurisdictional?] question than a question of politics or beliefs) Here is the question, now that my preamble is finished...when the civilian court ruled that DADT was unconstitutional, how was that within their bounds? If the military has its own separate judiciary, where is the call for a civil court to be able to mandate their policy?
