Hi, I found this forum while looking at the law role in my case. I used to know someone and he is threatening me but the problem is the messages are in another language than English. Do I have to till the police or what should I do?

Presenting Both Sides Messages
I am in a disagreement at my school where I am being accused of harassment over Facebook that took place about a year ago. I no longer use Facebook and do not have access to the messages. I am worried that the accuser is selectively choosing what messages to present in order to make me look like the sole aggresor, when in fact it was a mutual argument where both parties participated

Turned down based on appraisal picture
Applied for and pre-approved on internet for a refianance loan. They charged $350 for appraisal and $35 for processing, proclaiming a refund once loan goes through. For appraisal, pictures were to be taken inside the house.

I have a retail grocery store in a strip mall in WA state and my lease is currently up at the end of March, 2010. I had found a potential buyer for my grocery store and in order for the landlord to negotiate a new lease with the buyer the landlord asked to meet him and get financial information from him.
