How much Trouble
Hello, I have a relative who came home to California for our uncle's funeral with her two daughters. Yes, she has been trying to relocate back to Cally for a while with no luck because is has fought her on relocation, but she was here for the funeral and decided to stay a week or so, because her two teen daughters were on spring break. Her ex helped her arrange airline tickets to come and they only bought one way tickets because that is what she could afford at the time.

After 11 years no pets?
Hello Everybody, I moved into an apartment as a smoker with 2 cats. This is an absentee landlord situaiton. The agent did a check on me, interviewed me, was told I had pets and smoked.

Probation transfer
My question is whether or not ones mental health would influence their eligibility to transfer out of state if it's considered (by mental health professionals) to be in this persons best interest?

custody and mental health
I'm curious again....My first question is if a father has poor mental history and has custody would it be possible for them to look at his medical records if moms trying to gain custody? Also if they can how mentaly ill does one have to be to be considered unfit or likely to not keep or gain custody? Say for example bipolar disorder, explosive anger disorder (or something like that) if the father was properly medicated and hasn't had problems with them would these be likely disorders to deam him as unfit

attacked by a cat due to someone else’s neglect pt.2
about a hour or so later i heard a bunch of noise comming from my porch i tried to peer out my bedroom window but was unable to see what the commotion was.. so i grabbed the only weapon i could find MR.PINK (who i hate to say is my 9in vibrator) and place him into my hands like he was a sword. i flung open my bedroom door instantly thrashing MR.PINK from side to side to prevent a flying feline attack,but the coast was clear.

Cosigned for a Private Loan – Borrower Lied on Application
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: NY I cosigned for a student loan for someone who told me they were going to apply to recoup some of the money they spent out of pocket for a previous semester. The story if very long and complex but they are in collections now. I recently looked at one of the applications she filed and realized that she lied about being a student on the application
