My annual review will happen soon. At the beginning of the year I was told I don't socialize enough, and do not communicate well with administrators

Emancipation of a 16 yr old in NC
I'm 16 almost 17 living in NC with my mom and I am seeking emancipation. I can not get a job because I am forbidden by my mom, but I have a place to stay if I emancipate.
