How can I get my auto insurance to pay for medical treatment two years after accident?
I was treated immediately after whiplash accident. Can the auto insurance company pay me directly for my medical expenses or do they have to pay the doctor?
I was in a car accident and my medical insurance. My medical insurance which my medical expenses, but I wanted to know if the car insurance is still responsible for these expenses? It seems to me that my medical insurance should benefit me and not responsible for the car insurance company. If I had medical insurance company car insurance would still pay for these expenses. So there should still pay for these expenses and gain was never my health insurance company does not pay? There are laws that stature support this thesis in Georgia? I try to answer the question without a lawyer and I need all the help possible. Any advice would be helpful. I’m writing a letter to the application. Thank you for any help.

Motorcycle Accident
On Sept. 9, 2007 in New Jersey, I was a passenger on my husband's motorcycle when very abruptly the car in front of us slammed on its brakes causing us to slide. My right lower leg hit the rear rubber inlayed bumper of the car and that caused a severe 3rd degree friction burn.

My medical expeses are over $5000. Who should pay for my medical bills?
I got hit by a car few weeks ago. Unfortunately the car didn't have an insurance. My personal injury limit is $3000 and my medical expenses are beyond that.

No Death Certificate Issued
My grandma passed away six months ago, RIP Babciu Stacey, and one month after her death we realized that no death certificate was ever issued. In early September she suffered a massive stroke which landed her in intensive care at Rush Medical Center in Chicago for about a month and a half. After several surgeries, she was showing signs of improvement.

Possible Reaging and other questions
I ordered my fico scores from Transunion and Equifax I think I have a few reaging accounts On my Understanding my score tab is says last" Your most recent collection occured 2 Years, 1 Month ago" last time I had any delinquent accounts was 6 or 7 years (all medical) Under date assign is says March 2009. Did they reage my accounts? If I go to the original account holder (hospital) will they inform the CA that I spoke with them?

Ex fiance trying to sue me 3 years after the split
I received a letter from an attorney friend of my ex fiance stating he is suing me for the engagement ring, bedroom furniture, and car rims or the value of the items which his lawyer states is $30,000. We had a joint bank account when we lived together. We purchased the bedroom furniture together in 2005, and my ring was given to me in 2005.
