SureDeposit Used on Security Deposit

In May, 2009, I moved into an apartment in the Cincinnati, OH, area. The apartment offered me a "no deposit" offer - the apartment manager stated this was due to our (husband and my) good credit and the referral from our last apartment manager. We moved out in May, 2010, after satisfying our lease.

Does Secured Credit Card Annual Fee Waivable? Can It Be Reported as Unsecured Upon Request

I currenly have secured credit card accounts with: Wells Fargo Visa              - $10,000 CL  - Annual Fee $18  - Reported as Secured Credit Card to all 3 credit bureaus Capital One MasterCard - $  3,000 CL  - Annual Fee $24  - Reported as Unsecured Credit Card to all 3 credit bureaus US Bank Visa                    - $  5,000 CL  - Annual Fee $35  - Reported as Secured Credit Card to all 3 credit bureaus   Are these annual fees waiveable? Currently, Wells Fargo and US Bank reports it as secure credit card. Can I request them to report it as Unsecured credit Card?
