Infedility Charges
Hi, In case I file charges against my spouse of infedility and also having a baby with another married person in the state of NY, what are the chances of getting a paternity test of the baby. I do not have any objective evidence of their relationship but my spouse's relatives know about their relationship but my spouse wants to separate from me based on incomapitibility issue

Problems with "verifying identity"
I have been on a mission ( only somewhat sucessfully) to rebuild both my credit and my husband's credit. We have, however, faced an interesting problem. We ( both of us) have been turned down on the basis that the CRA's "cannot verfiy identity". We do not have any freezes or any fraud alerts on either report, and I have pulled every report successfully. In another turn of events, these same company's that cannot verify identity show up as inquires on our reports ( Sprint, Macy's, and Shell Gas for me, Capital One Auto and Sprint for him). I have verified our addresses and all of our information on our CR's. We have not been refused credit on any other basis. I have contacted the CRA's after refusal, but nobody can seem to tell me why this is happening. We did move a year ago, and I have faced problems getting my name changed over to my married name with EQ, but I finally got that straightened out and am still having the problem. Any advice or insight?
