board of directors overturning managers firing of board member
A 20 yr old board member/emplpoyee who has 2 roommates that are also board members of a non profit corporation was discharged. Asked for a (closed) special board meeting to overrule the managers decision.

Getting hired then denied after find out I have a kid
Back in October I interviewed for a job with a couple of my friends for a sales position. Interview went well, they even told my two friends that work there that I interviewed well. The VP and one of the managers both told me that they liked me and "welcome aboard".

Should I file against my employer based on the results of my race case?
I have a long complaint to thread in here but I will make it short and sweet. I had a bid for this group in my company to be in management twice, with both times being unsuccessful. Both times I was recommended by my manager.

One sided boss
So recently I was fired and when I say recently I mean yesterday because a month ago I was dozing off on the job and my boss went to HR. Walmart ex employee Looking For Some Advice Regarding The Company?
I need advice from someone who would be related or informed with this topic. I have been working for Walmart for 4 years and 4 months, however today, I was terminated, for what to me is the stupidest reason. Am a cashier and was asked by my supervisor, to do a carryout, to bring in a treadmill that a customer was going to return, I went to the back and got a pallet jack, asked a co-worker for help we brought it into the store and we heared a sound, we stopped to check if the treadmill was off the pallet jack, but was not so we continued our way, and heard the noise again, by when we stopped we realized the floor was stratched by one of the wheels, later on I was called to the managers office, and was terminated for that reason, I was going to receive a coaching ( a level of punishment that lasts for a year), but had a D-day (the highest punishment) so they said they had to terminate me
