We own a town house, unit 187, and are 4 months behind on our strata fees ($129/month). Our strata council members printed in the monthly minutes; "Moved and seconded that Li-Car Management Group be instructed to file a lien on the title of unit #187." and distributed it to all owners

Wouldn’t this be feasible?
Okay coming from a person who is unemployed but recieves unemployment and has one years worth of rent (based off of $650 a month) saved up and not that great of credit: Would I be able to rent a place? I told one place of my situation and told them that I would be able to pay the lease upfront and was told that they don't accept pre-payment (well that the management doesn't accept pre-payment)

Unfair eviction
My sister lost her job a few months ago and had to take a lesser paying job. At that time, she contacted her apartment manager and explained her situation and asked if they could transfer her to a smaller apartemtn, which would in turn, lessen the rent. Management offered to lower the rent in her present apartment and of course she accepted.

Employer taking money without consent
I work for a medium sized company in Tennessee, and recently one of the old managers stole some product from a locked case that the regular employees do not have the keys to gain entry to. We earn minimum wage plus commission. The management decided that because of the missing product, they were going to deduct money from all the employees checks with or without our consent

Leaving before our new lease starts
We have lived in our apartment complex for two years, and in May signed a new lease to begin July 2 because we didn't have the money to find a new place. They raised our rent a little, but not so much as to be a problem......except that I've been laid off and my wife got a drastic pay cut.
