Green card holder not paying child support
My ex and I are both Uk citizens. A consent order was signed in 2004 to finalise our divorce and agree maintenance. Ex obtained a green card in November 2007 and now lives and works in Texas.

Repeated Unlawful Entry of Landlord
I had a pest problem in my apartment and complained numerous times. The landlady put me on a list of apartments to be sprayed when pest control came out for their monthly visit. Several weeks later, I got a call from the landlady around 10am.

Trying to be proactive about return of security deposit
We've signed a rental agreement which starts July 1 and have paid our security deposit equal to one month's rent. We only intend on staying for one year. Landlord is using a property manager only for the 1st month *only* and then everything is going to be taken over by the landlord himself
