Any real estate agents out there willing to help a student pursuing real estate?
.So im a senior in high school in Louisiana. I was wondering what courses exactly must I take in college to be successful in real estate. I want to major in business and marketing only to have something to fall back on if the market doesn’t pick up. Do i need to take financing or is business/marketing okay? I know i need to take real estate classes and everything but i need to know what college courses would help me more – business/ marketing or business/financing.?

Possesion of marijuana louisiana?
I got pulled over in Louisiana in 2006 and got charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. I was set up for court in 2007 and never appeared i live in Texas there is a bench warrant out for my arrest. My question is: Will Louisiana extradite me if i turn myself in in Texas

Judgment from Louisiana moved to Arizona
Had a default judgment in Louisiana back in 2003 and the creditor filed a change of venue in 2006 and it was granted and moved to Arizona. Arizona statute of limitations for lawsuits is 5 years from original judgment date
