Can a business telephone account show up on personal credit?
I started a business last June that I unfortunately had to close. I just got a call from a collection agency that Verizon telephone has sent my account to with an outstanding balance. I opened the account using a LLC. Is there any way that the collection can show up on my personal credit report? Any info

I have been told that the Wyoming laws are some of the best in terms of asset protection and for an LLC entity. My home state is Florida. Both states are income tax free of course

Can an LLC use the word "Company" in their name? How about an LLC operating under a DBA that contains the word "Company"?

LLC foreclosure
I am a member or an LLC (property group- 1 building) which has 5 other members. Only two of the members signed the mortgage (not me or my husband). If the LLC should be foreclosed on, does the LLC and the fact that my name is not on the mortgage, protect my credit?

How is business credit card debt handled differently than consumer cc debt? I have reached payment arrangements with 2 credit cards and was working an extra job to catch up, when I was rear-ended in an auto accident while working for that employer, am dealing with long recovery from severe whiplash in my neck and back and unable to work
