Promissary Note/LLC
I took over a business and signed a promissary note in my and my husbands name and since then we have become a LLC if I can't make the loan payment would I have to file bankruptcy or would the LLC protect us?:confused:

Does EIN belong to LLC? or Individual?
I opened a business LLC and I was the registered agent and I applied for an EIN. I recently pulled my name off of the registered agent list, and placed my sister under as the sole member of the company. Will she have to apply for a new EIN

Suing a Limited Liability Corp
When suing a LLC in small claims court, when would you sue just the LLC itself and when would you sue both the LLC and the president of the LLC in his individual capacity?
