child lost in the system
My sister in law and brother in law are raising a child that is not biologically theirs. The mother of the child told my brother in law that he was the father and when they went to court for custody the paternity test came back that he was not the father. However, since my brother and sister in law had been raising this child since she was about 6 months old (they went to court when she was almost 3) they granted them temporary custody (the papers now have already expired).

My Ex wants visitation rights after 6 months
My Kid's father has not seen her in over 6 months and until now he is requesting the court to give him joint custody, I don't want him to have any part of her life, he has no job, he is morbidly obese, doesn't even try to take care of himself, he smokes narcotics and he has tried to have his girlfriends see my kid. I just want him to leave us alone i dont even want child support, what should i do?

Does Father In NY Prison Have Rights To Son?
My son's father was sentenced to a NY prison for 18 years a couple of years ago for a violent crime on a minor. My son and I now reside in Florida, where I was granted my divorce and sole custody of our son. I know that while someone is in prison they really don't have any rights, but does he still have rights to his 4-year-old son?

Doctor never gives child eye exam and now eye is amblyopic 8 years old.
my daughter is 8 years old and in May of 2010 the school nurse did an eye exam on her she failed the test.

I am being falsely accused of a felonious assault with a motor vehicle, this guy is lying his butt off, and has been trying to get people to believe him, by writing many many posts through his mobile phone on myspace to 90 people, for a month. about "myself" full name going to get raped in prison/going to get my neck cut, and spending my grandmothers money blogs in news and politics category / and a post entitled "my name's asshole".
