injections?
I know a nurse that works out at a gym and one of the local guys was asking for injections. These were suposed to be vitamin injections but on the vile it says that it is testosterone. Whats the liability of the nurse injecting the testosterone.

Help with Ebay sale and small claims
I sold a 20 year old stereo on Ebay for $150 and listed it as used. The person who bought it claims that it did not function correctly and that it blew his expensive speakers. He had the stereo repaired for $75 and now wants me to pay the $75 plus $425 to replace his speakers ($500 total on an item that I sold for $150)

Damage to my house by a Public government project.
I have a house that had water damage several months ago due to a water utility company's work for a highway project. I contacted the state highway department and they organized a meeting with the water company and the result was that we agreed via handshake that they would intall a french drain around three sides of the house and their insurance would pay for the inside damage to carpet, etc
