Copyright issue with website photo
Hi, I was wondering if someone can provide any advice, as my company is receiving threatening letters about a photo that was on my website.

CA just reported debt to CRA over 7 years old
I supposedly have an energy bill that was charged off in Nov 2010 (according to CRA EX) and the status was only supposed to continue on record until Feb 2011, according to EX. Date opened was 02/2002, reported since 09/2009 on the EX CR.

denied for cc for derogatory public record?
i was recently denied for a target cc and when i received the letter from them it said i was denied for derogatory public record, and having too few active accounts.

dv question
I'm afraid I've made a mistake by sending a dv letter to a real-estate company that I rented from in 2005. By sending this letter did I effect it from dropping off my credit report in the 7.5 years. They have sent a letter saying "Unless you dispute the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, within 30 days of receipt of this notice, it will be assumed to be valid."

Received my SSN last year but been used before..help..
I received my SSN last october and last week, i applied for a capital one credit card that was denied. I assumed i was rejected due to no history but when they sent me the letter why i was rejected, they listed: revolving accounts balance is too high few accounts are rated satisfactory too many delinquent past credit obligations so i used the freeannualcredit report to see my report, but the questions to verify who i was weren't me and i couldn't get verified. There were accounts opened years ago on this number. Now i'm assuming my ssn was used before by someone else in the past fradulently, and i have no idea what to do, should i call the 3 bureaus and convince them it's not me
