I screwed up and put my X gf pictures that we took together on myspace! She put them on my computer with me. An we made copies so we would not loose them. We had a bad break up and not in my right mind I posted them on myspace under a new profile I made up.

My parking spot is temporarily closed off, really unhappy about that, who’s liable
I am currently a resident of the Monterey Bay in California and my apartment complex is being repainted with the area where my car is parked being the area being currently worked on. I pay 45 dollars a month in addition to my main rent to be able to have that parking spot (my roommate who moved in first uses the included garage) and I pay that so that I can have peace of mind at night knowing that my relatively expensive car is safe on the protected side of a gate. But now I am forced to leave my car outside in a nearby mini-mall's parking lot from 8am to 5pm every day for the next week because my landlord simply tells me that he doesn't have anywhere else to let me park and then thanks me for "cooperating".

Next door neighbor problem
My husband and I are working people in our 60's and have been living in the same apartment in a nice neighborhood in north San Antonio for more than 5 years without incident. We are both non-smokers. A family moved in next door to us several months ago, a middle-aged couple with an adult daughter and teenaged son.

Must my landlord enforce carpet requirement?
My upstairs neighbors refuse to put in carpets, as required by their lease. I've complained to the property managers, but they won't enforce the carpet requirement until I've got building security to confirm three instances of 'excessive noise.' Is it true that management doesn't have to enforce the lease until then? My problems with this are: (1) unless security sits in my apartment all evening they won't hear the frequent but sporadic dropping of objects, slamming of toilet seats, etc.; (2) this noise isn't 'excessive' as a loud party would be, for example, but someone dropping what sounds like keys right over my head late at night does ruin my sleep

Caught having sex in the car, cops accuse her of prostitution, ask for naked photos
So these cops are convinced that this woman I'm seeing is a hooker, and have asked me to send them naked pictures of her. I would like to know if any of this is illegal, if we can get in trouble for it, and if it is safe for us to see each other again
