Damages claims time limit
Late last year we received an eviction letter from our landlord that asked us to be out by Dec 31, 2010. We were moved out by Nov 17, 2010. Today(March 17, 2011) we received a letter and a list of damages the landlord is claiming.

Custody of my brother?
My mom is willing to give me custody of my 17 year old brother (who has been living with me since thanksgiving last year). But what about his dad? he pays child support but is not allowed to see him, does he have to sign custody over too

Clarification on DOLA in state of Florida
I was looking at free credit report from last year (due for new one in Aug 2010) and I noticed thart some accounts are due to expire (come off report) from the date opened instead of DOLA. For example: collection company records date opened as 2005 and date last reported as 2009. On the report it states "this account is scheduled to continue reporting until 2011.

beign sued for credit card debt
i am beign sued by citi bank. last year i entered an agreement with ghs solutions.the amount im beign sued for is $12,000.00 Ghs soultions tried negotiating with citi banks attorney to see if they would settle for $5,000.00 which was all i could come up with

arrested-pills in wrong vial, but hane legal rx
I was told that Michigan had this law changed last year and if you do have a legal rx in your name that you can "carry them in a zip lock bag if you want". Is this correct? I was arrested for possession of percocet and charged with felony possession.
