Landlord not giving proper notice…
I have lived at my house for 3 years. The first 2 years I had a lease then it went to month to month because she was considering selling. The last month we have had some issues ( she entered without notice and looked thru my closets etc.) .

psecu fico scores for march are up
Mines 739 . Went up 2 points from last month oh yeah! as soon as I pay down my 35% utilization it should really go up!

Wrong Name on Credit Report
I noticed this morning that EQ has a new "Also Known As" name listed wrong. If I file an online dispute to get this discrepancy fixed will this in anyway impact my score? I think the discrepancy is from a Student Loan account I paid off last month posting

Can I be charged for my last months rent?
I have recently moved out of my apartment but the lease was not up until Jan 2011. But, on the sublease it states that I would only be living there for a total of 5 months and the dates say from Aug 4th 2010 to Jan 4th 2010. I moved in on Aug 4th 2010 but moved out Jan 3rd 2011

Do credit scores update themselves once purchased?
Since we are waiting to close on a home, I have bought my credit score several times over the last month while waiting for my score to be corrected from a mistake that Capital One made. It was supposed to have been fixed yesterday, but I bought my scores again and they were unchanged. Do I need to keep buying my score, or will they update themselves? Just looking to save a few bucks...but I can keep buying it if it will get us into a home sooner.

I have been suspended for 2 years now without pay from my job as a Sargeant at a detention center in Oklahoma pending an ongoing federal investigation. The board of Trustees over the jail gave me the option last month to quit or be fired this month

steps to recovering default renter’s past rent
I had a renter that was past due on rent x 2 months and also still had to pay his cleaning deposit. It was agreed upon by conversation and documente via text msg that he would pay last month's rent ($700) plus cleaning deposit ($200) on March 10, 2010.
