Hired under false pretenses
I was hired by an airline as a language specialty flight attendant. I was given a contingent job offer (CJO) based upon passing the language test. I signed a document stating that fact and another document stating I would maintain my language abilities for 2 years.

Using Product Descriptions and Images from Other Websites
I have built a website that provides users with information on new products available on various retail websites. To do this effectively that I am using their product descriptions and images. In addition to featuring these products on my website, I also provide a link to the retail sites which sell these goods and from which I've borrowed my product descriptions.

Help Interpreting Statutes and/or Instructions and/or Definition
In trying to glue together a reasonable facsimile of a Motion to Vacate Default Judgment, I find I periodically run into stuff (how you like "stuff" for a technical term?) :) So I am trying to put most of my questions into this thread rather than start new ones for each statute/clarification I'm requesting. Help is appreciated thank you. In the language of the below statute I need to know what is meant by "other filing".

Trademark Inquiry
Hello, I am starting an online business selling custom products. I have been reading up on TEAS and TEAS-plus forms, but do not understand the language. I have contacted a lawyer, but the fees are too high for me at the time.

Finra u-5
Can a FINRA U-5 be changed after a termination so that the language as to the nature of the termination is not on the form? I feel strongly that "Termination for Poor Performance" does not reflect accurately why I was let go, and now I was denied a job with another company because of it
