How does one find the real terms of the TARP mortgage bail-out for homeowners?

ALL I notice, is, add after add, call after call. I don’t believe a heavily advertised operation is going to look out for my interest.

Any Knowledge of the proper gov. funded mortgage loans, please advise.

company offer loans for those with poor credit?

I hope this is posted in the right category, does anyone have any knowledge of this company. this was sent to me by an online friend, I was wondering if this is a ligitimate offer or is there a catch. and are there other companies like this who offer mortgage loans to people with poor credit ratings. I have never heard of this company before so I thought I would ask. thank you for your replies.
I just saw this site advertised on ION. It’s about mortgage loans for “less than perfect” credit.

Ebay subsidiary files claim and possible collections. Is this Legal?

I am currently mixed up in a claim with a subsidiary of Ebay Japan that is doing business under an assumed name. To this moment i have attempted to reach customer support to fix technical issues so that i may follow protocol and refund the "buyer" but i am being stonewalled.
