Pension Plan
My Dad passed away leaving my mom his pension and she got a notice in the mail today saying that they forgot to tax her checks so now she wont get a check for 2 months, can they just do this, I mean she just got the notice today and the check was suppose to be here tomorrow, now she has no way to even pay her rent, I just dont understand how its ok for them to do this leaving my mom in this kind of situation. Any information that anyone could give me would be great, Thanks

Another Employee
At my job, we write down our hours on a time sheet.My fellow employee recently crossed out what I had written to write down the exact time I left the office.I do not think another employee should invade my space.Is there a law against this kind of behavior? What should I do? I told the office manager & my boss who brushed it off and did nothing

We own a town house, unit 187, and are 4 months behind on our strata fees ($129/month). Our strata council members printed in the monthly minutes; "Moved and seconded that Li-Car Management Group be instructed to file a lien on the title of unit #187." and distributed it to all owners

Verbal assault of law enforcement officer
Is there any federal law/case that allows federal law enforcement officer arrest somebody or file complaint to supervisor for verbal assault/calling names/fighting words while on duty??? I am trying to find out if law enforcement officers are protected by any means in this kind of situations against individual's rudeness and disrespect.

What kind of auto insurance should you get on a car that is paid off?
Renew my car insurance. I have a machine with all sorts of great features, like leather seats, upgraded stereo, sunroof, etc. Is there a way to ensure that he gets and if equal, can I buy a car of equal quality? I should have a uniform coverage complete? Thank you.
